- What do I get with Hub Pro?

The updates feed, where each item says what changed, whether it applies to an Australian entity, who must act and by when, is rolling out to subscribers first at no extra cost.
- Where does the content come from?
- Primary sources: legislation, regulators, government policy and standards bodies in Australia and overseas. Every update is checked automatically before it is published: its official government source is fetched live, and two AI models from different vendors must each confirm every factual statement with quotes found word for word in that text. Anything that fails is held back. Each update shows its evidence, and a public corrections log records any changes. Law-firm commentary is only ever a secondary reference.
- What does a free account include?
- A free account gives you one sign-in for the Hub and the Sprint, and early access to the updates feed as it launches. We will not charge you unless you choose a paid plan.
- Do prices include GST?
- Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. You can add your ABN at checkout and your tax invoices are available from Manage Billing.
- How does the free trial work?
- Hub Pro includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. We collect a card at the start, show you the date of the first charge before you confirm, and you can cancel before then to pay nothing.
- How do I cancel?
- From Manage Billing on your account page, in a few clicks. You do not need to email anyone. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- I took part in the Sprint. Do I need to subscribe?
- No. Sprint participants have Hub Pro included for 12 months from their Sprint payment. Your account page shows when it ends.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. The Hub is general information to help you track obligations. Get advice from a qualified professional about your circumstances.
